一、 资助类别、资助期限和授课语言 I Supporting Categories, Duration and Instruction Language 1.资助类别：硕士研究生 1. Supporting Category：Master’s degree 2.资助期限：硕士研究生一般为3年，需进行汉语补习的学生可在专业学制年限的基础上增加1年。 2.Funding period: Master's degree is 3 years commonly, the student that needs to undertake Chinese remedial study can increase one year on the basis of professional schooling system. 3.授课语言：汉语 3. Instruction Language:Chinese 二、奖学金内容 II Scholarship Coverage 全额奖学金包含学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险；半额奖学金包含住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险。 The Chinese University Program provides a full scholarship which covers tuition waiver, accommodation, stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance. Partial Scholarship which covers accommodation, stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance. 三、申请条件 III Eligibility 1.非中国籍公民，身体健康； 1. Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health 2.学历和年龄要求：来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁； 2. The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for the master’s programs; 四、申请流程 IV Application Procedure 1. 登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或 http://www.campuschina.org 后，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入）填写申请信息，在线提交并打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。 受理机构编号为：10150（必填） Step 1 -Complete the online application procedure at CGS Information System （Visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org and click“Scholarship Application for Students” to log in）, submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship, and print a hardcopy. Agency Number is 10150（Required） 2.在规定时间内将申请材料提交至大连交通大学 Step 2 - Submit all your application documents to Dalian Jiaotong University before the deadline.
五、申请材料（均为一式两份） V Application Documents （in duplicate） 1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文）； 1.Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship （written in Chinese or English）; 2.经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文； 2.Notarized highest diploma; Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations. 3.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文； 3.Academic transcripts （written in Chinese or English）; Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations. 4.来华学习和研究计划。用中文或英文书写（不少于800字）； 4.A Study Plan or Research Proposal （written in Chinese or English）; This should be a minimum of 800 words. 5. 推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写； 5.Two Recommendation Letters（written in Chinese or English）; Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor. 6．《外国人体格检查表》复印件。登录国家留学基金委网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua 或http://www.campuschina.org 下载，英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月； 6.Foreigner Physical Examination Form （photocopy）（written in English, can be downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org）; The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months. 7.HSK4及以上的汉语成绩报告复印件； 7.The copy of valid HSK4 Certificate； 8.护照首页复印件（首页、内白页）； 8.Copies of Passport's First Page and blank Pages； 9.无犯罪记录证明 9. Police Clearance Certificate 10.证件照片 10.ID Photograph 11.大连交通大学留学生指导教师推荐函 11.Dalian Jiaotong University Recommendation Letter for International Student 以上材料请按上述顺序在左侧装订成册（一式两份）。于2022年4月3日前交至大连交通大学国际合作与交流处。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。 All documents should be bound together on left in the order of 5.1 to 5.11. （You should submit TWO sets of bound documents）. Submit all your application documents to Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of Dalian Jiaotong University before the deadline April 3nd，2022 No application documents will be returned.
